- Other art styles
- Hateful art
- Gore
- Mechas
- Ship art of minors

PAYMENT & REFUND

- Payments are preferred up-front in EURO or USD.
Partial payment plans are available with a 50% down payment.
- Refunds are not available if I have 100% completed the artwork.
- Partial refunds are available for work I have completed.
(i.e., sketch art would have a 80% refund, line art would have around a 60% refund, flat colors would have a 30% refund)
- If I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back myself.

DEADLINE

- I will provide you with a rough time estimate in the beginning of the ordering process.
- If I do have to re-schedule, due to a certain reason (eg. More complicated than anticipated, health, other responsibilities, etc.),
I will let you know beforehand in time.
- If you require a deadline,
please understand I may not have available dates until a few weeks out. I am full-time student and work a part-time job,
commissions can not be my first priority for now.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

- Please provide me with references to your desired artwork. If descriptions and references are not clear enough,
I will interpret things as I see fit. Please try to be as specific as possible if you have a clear idea of what you would like.
- You are free to request a cancellation at any time, however partial refunds apply depending on progress/time spent.
- Rough composition sketches to choose will be provided, before continuing on with a detailed sketch.
This stage will be used to get any changes done, if necessary.
- After the detailed sketch has been approved, WIPs of the lineart and flat colour will be sent.
- Small edit requests post-final artwork are fine, such as minor details, colour correction, etc.
- Larger edits, such as different hand position, head angle etc., that were not addressed within the sketch stage
may incur additional fees. Please make sure to request edits early enough.
- You will receive a 300 DPI resolution file of your illustration, as well as a smaller (watermarked) version for the internet.

TERMS OF SERVICE

NIKIOCHA (THE ARTIST):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, as well as in my portfolio.YOU (THE COMMISSIONER):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece.
(reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.), unless it was agreed on.
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless it was agreed on.
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- You have to credit me, nikiocha, properly when publishing the work in any form.
